Renovations:

We offer a 5 year warranty for all of our interior renovation projects.  The warranty covers labour and materials for the work we completed.  Items that are not covered include but are not limited to general maintenance, neglect and wear items such as pot light bulbs, caulking, abuse are not covered.

Pool and Landscaping:

All exterior work has a 2 year labour warranty against major movement.  Pool equipment is supported under manufacturer’s warranty only and subject to the correct water chemistry.  Underground plumbing will be warranted under the two year period provided the issue/damage is not a result of improper closing of the pool or poor water chemistry.
